Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Rockport, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
• Always provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Manage daily tee sheet operations and enforce pace-of-play policies.
• Assist with golf shop merchandising, including inventory management and display.
• Support tournament operations: registration, scoring, and execution of events.
• Provide private and group golf instruction.
• Supervise practice facilities and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee outside operations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to club rules and etiquette standards.
• Serve as a professional ambassador of the club on and off the course.
• Oversee Junior Golf Program.

Requirements
• Prior golf industry experience preferred.
• PGA Associate or PGA Member in good standing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, tee sheet software, Microsoft Office and Golf Genius.
• Basic club repair and fitting skills are a plus.
• Ability to teach golf lessons is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation
$1,250.00 – $1,700.00 per week.
