1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Mendham, New Jersey is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Lead Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Head Golf Professional in all facets of the golf operation. This individual will be a key leader within the golf staff, helping to ensure a best-in-class experience for our members and guests. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for the game, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in service.
• Assist in the management of daily golf operations, including tee time coordination, tournament administration, merchandising, and pace of play.
• Provide exceptional member service and promote an enjoyable, friendly golf environment.
• Lead, train, and mentor assistant professionals, outside operations staff, and seasonal employees.
• Play an active role in instruction and player development programs for men, women, and juniors.
• Support the merchandising operation, including inventory management, sales, and display presentation.
• Serve as a visible and engaged presence on the golf course, practice facilities, and in the golf shop.
• Represent Roxiticus Golf Club and the PGA of America with professionalism at all times.

Requirements
• PGA Class A Member or registered PGA Associate in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of private club or high-end daily fee experience preferred.
• Strong tournament operations, teaching, and club fitting experience.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentorship, continued learning, and professional growth.
• High level of integrity and a genuine enthusiasm for the club’s family-oriented culture

Compensation
$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
