Director of Outside Golf Operations
Country Club in Hudson, Massachusetts is looking for a Director of Outside Golf Operations.

Position Overview:
The Director of Outside Services will oversee all facets of the Outside Services at Charter Oak Country Club, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all members and guests. This pivotal role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is adept at managing a dynamic calendar of tournaments and events throughout the season. The Director will lead the outside operation and actively foster collaboration among team members, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the Golf Operation.

Requirements
• Must have experience working outside services at a golf facility.
• Previous Private Club Experience is a plus.

Compensation
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
