Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Easley, South Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Seeking a passionate and skilled Golf Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a commitment to enhancing the member experience for everyone at the club.

Essential Responsibilities
-Provide excellent customer service

- Assist with the management of the practice facility, cart staging area, and other golf-related areas

- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining the pro shop’s appearance

- Assisting with the planning and organization of tournaments and special events

- May also be responsible for tasks like maintaining handicap records, preparing tee sheets, and acting as a starter or marshal

- Collaborate with other staff members and committees to organize tournaments, events, and promotional activities

- Maintain knowledge of current trends in the golf industry and continuously seek professional development opportunities.

Requirements – Good understanding of the game of golf, rules, and facility operations.

-Tournament operations

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer serivce skills.

- Great organizational skills

- Ability to work outdoors in multiple conditions

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation
$40,000.00 per year.
