Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Lenoir, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Perform and assist in managing daily operations in the golf shop and on the course.
• Works closely with the head golf professional on exceeding expectations, providing direction/management of staff, assist and administer golf instruction programs, enforcing course policies, assisting with tournament operations, supporting retail operations, and assist with developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Assist in golf shop merchandising, including, displays, inventory control, promotion, and sale of merchandise.
• Assist management in various men’s & women’s tournaments and outings.
• Assist in coordinating golf activities with other departments.

Requirements:
Prior experience in golf operations a plus.
PGA/LPGA member or associate preferred.
Strong desire to advance career and earn PGA membership.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and self-motivated.
Comfortable with public speaking.
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Golf Genius, GolfNow experience a plus.

Compensation:
$30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year.
