Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Jamesburg, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate we are seeking will be trained to shadow the HGP to eventually manage the golf operations department in the absence of the HGP or as needed. The position will be an integral part of the team and thus must be someone who can lead the team to follow the overall vision, policies and procedures of the golf course set by management.

Essential Responsibilities:
• A self motivated, hands on individual who will work together with and supervise the pro shop and outside services team.
• Assist in the hiring, training, and supervising of part time golf staff.
• Time card and payroll submission for staff.
• Willingness to work in pro shop or outside operations as needed.
• Teach.
• Play with members.
• Merchandising.
• Minor club repair.
• Co manage member tournaments and golf outings.

Requirements:
Prefer LPGA/PGA Associate with a minimum of 2 years experience in the business to include both outside operations and pro shop services.

Compensation:
$47,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
