Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf course in Linville, North Carolina is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
The right individuals will be core members of our team and will learn the skills and knowledge needed to advance their education and ultimately their careers. Our interns will work alongside our superintendent and assistants to learn all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our golf courses. This would include, daily planning, record keeping, data and water management, irrigation, chemical applications, and so much more. The right individual will have the opportunity to maintain one of the top private golf clubs in the country.

Requirements:
Desire to be a future Golf Course Assistant Superintendent/ Superintendent.
Must be enrolled in a two or four-year Turfgrass management program or related field.
Must possess a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Golf course or landscape experience is preferred but not required.
Must be enrolled or interested in a Turfgrass management degree or certificate.

Compensation:
$17 – $18 per hour.
