Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Roland, Arkansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position will assist with the management of daily golf operations, supervising golf staff, assisting with all merchandising functions, managing tournaments, coordination of reservations, and providing professional services to the members and their guests to ensure an exceptional golf experience.

• Provide the best possible customer service and professional advice to the members and their guests in conjunction with other departments.
• Complete the requirements of PGA membership and maintain an active classification in the PGA of America.
• Maintain and operate Golf Shop responsibilities as directed by the Head Golf Professionals.
• Maintain a high level of playing ability.
• Provide golf instruction consistent with instructional methods, policies and procedures.
• Supervise, schedule and train Golf Shop personnel, outside services and caddie program as directed by the Head Golf Professionals and Golf Services Manager.
• Assist in the purchasing, receipt, display, inventory, control, promotion and sales of merchandise.
• Assist in planning and budgeting for the golf operations.
• Be informed on all arrivals to the facility, club activities and services The Alotian Club provides.
• Reservation coordination of all golf bookings and transportation services to include scheduling and staffing on a daily basis.
• Manage the handicap program.
• Assist in managing tournaments.
• Keep golf shop and office neat and clean at all times.
• Manage the club repair operation.

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
