Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Brenham, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about golf and have a proven track record of providing exceptional instruction and customer service to members and guests.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in overseeing all golf operations including tournaments, member programming, golf instruction, golf carts and golf shop management.
• Assist in hiring, training and developing staff.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction and player developement programming.
• Assist in organizing and managing club tournaments and outings.
• Foster a positive and engaging golf environment for members and guests.
• Maintain and promote golf shop sales and merchandising.
• Work directly with the Head Golf Professional to enhance the overall member and guest experience.

Requirements:
Willing to work toward and obtain PGA membership.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in tournament operations and golf instruction.
Knowledge of Golf Genius Tournament Software.
Retail management experience is a plus.
Ability to build relationships with members and staff.

Compensation:
$35,000.00 per year.
