Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Jackson, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
You’ll work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment with a management staff that values work/life balance and professional growth. This is a hands-on management role that includes:
• Leading and coordinating daily maintenance operations.
• Supervising and training staff.
• Assisting with irrigation operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Supporting capital improvement projects.
• Monitoring course conditions and communicating with the superintendent.
• Participating in chemical and fertilizer applications.

Requirements:
Degree or certificate in turfgrass management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of golf course maintenance experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
NJ pesticide license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Ability to lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 per year.
