Outside Golf Services Attendant
Golf course in Houston, Texas is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.

Position Overview:
This position plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests by supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest facility standards, and consistently demonstrating professionalism and hospitality.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service by consistently exceeding member and guest expectations.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with unloading golf bags and related equipment.
• Maintain the golf practice facilities, including setup and breakdown of stations, cleanliness, and ensuring all guest needs are met.
• Keep the cart barn and bag room clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed by the Golf Professional Staff.
• Support teammates in providing high-quality service across all touchpoints of the golf operation.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the golf cart fleet, including cleaning, charging, and basic upkeep.
• Ensure golf bags are correctly stored in designated bag stalls.
• Stage golf carts in a clean and organized manner for member and guest use.
• Set up, monitor, and break down all practice areas (warm-up range, short game area, and learning center range).
• Greet members and guests as they return from play, assist with club cleaning, and ensure a warm send-off.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment throughout all areas of responsibility.
• Communicate important updates to management, including equipment issues, guest concerns, or operational inefficiencies.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and uphold a high standard of work.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, dress code, and attitude at all times.

Requirements:
