Golf Coach
Golf course in Fairfield, Ohio is looking for a Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
You’ll leverage our extensive facilities and high client engagement to grow your client base, enhance your teaching skills, and significantly boost your earnings. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, from beginners to advanced players, enhancing their skills and love for the game through innovative and personalized coaching methods. Responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to our guests in both individual and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group golf lessons, using swing analysis technology and other teaching aids.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional programs tailored to various skill levels.
• Direct and assist in organizing academy events, such as camps and clinics.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of guest lessons and instructional series.

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience teaching golf with a track record of coaching various skill levels.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching technologies in golf.
