Golf Shop Attendant
Golf course in Houston, Texas is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
This front-line role is essential to delivering a welcoming and seamless experience for our members and guests. Primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting members, answering phone inquiries, managing retail transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized golf shop environment. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to exceptional service. This position also serves as a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to begin the process of becoming a PGA Member, offering valuable exposure to golf operations, merchandising, and customer service in a private club setting.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all members and guests entering the golf shop.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, assisting with tee time reservations, general inquiries, and member service requests.
• Assist members with merchandise selection by offering product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and exceptional customer service.
• Accurately process retail transactions using the point-of-sale system, ensuring all sales are properly recorded and handled with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing golf shop environment through regular tidying, restocking, and merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs or special orders to the professional staff.
• Collaborate with the golf professional team to support overall golf operations and enhance the member and guest experience.
• Uphold and project a high standard of professionalism, appearance, and conduct at all times.

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Jonas and Foretees experience is a plus.
High school diploma.
