Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Medina, Washington is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This position is one of three equal Assistant Superintendents, all of whom play a central role in planning and executing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations.
• Train, develop, and motivate crew members.
• Manage irrigation system scheduling, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Manage chemical and fertilizer applications, and product inventories.
• Monitor turf health and implement cultural practices.
• Assist in planning and execution of construction and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and other Assistants to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Degree or certificate in turfgrass management or related field preferred.
Washington State pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
2–4 years of progressive golf course experience.
Prior supervisory experience.
Spanish-speaking ability is valued but not required.

Compensation:
$75,000 – $85,000 per year.
