Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Bluffton, South Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of daily course maintenance activities.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance crew members.
• Oversee and participate in irrigation system maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with fertilizer and pesticide applications and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with management to maintain course conditioning at the highest standards.
• Monitor course conditions and proactively identify issues.
• Support ongoing training and development of team members.

Requirements:
2- or 4-year degree in turf management, agronomy, or related field.
South Carolina Commercial Category 3 pesticide license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Previous experience at a high-end private club preferred.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions.
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $70,000 per year.
