Golf Coach
Golf course in Tacoma, Washington is looking for a Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a competitive and academically rigorous program that emphasizes student-athlete development and integrity on and off the course.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Coach in all phases of the women’s golf program, including coaching, practice planning, and match preparation.
• Support recruiting efforts by identifying and evaluating prospective student-athletes and maintaining consistent communication.
• Promote a positive team culture that reflects the values of Division III athletics—emphasizing academic achievement, personal responsibility, and sportsmanship.
• Assist with team travel coordination, tournament logistics, and equipment management.
• Help monitor student-athlete academic progress and well-being.
• Ensure program compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional policies.
• Represent the program at department, campus, and community events.

Requirements:
Collegiate golf experience as a player and/or coach.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the team.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
A commitment to the mission of NCAA Division III athletics and the holistic development of student-athletes.

Preferred qualifications:
Prior coaching experience at the collegiate level.
Familiarity with NCAA Division III recruiting practices and regulations.
Experience with tournament software such as Golfstat or Golf Genius.
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
