Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Gramling, South Carolina is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the golf course, including the pro shop, outside services, range, and cart fleet management.
• Hire, train, and supervise golf shop staff and outside services personnel.
• Provide golf lessons and clinics, with an emphasis on implementing and expanding a junior golf program.
• Plan, promote, and direct golf tournaments and special events.
• Serve as a visible ambassador of the club, both on and off the property.
• Develop and implement programs to attract new golfers and retain existing ones, focusing on weekly competitions.
• Promote golf and related activities with energy and professionalism, including playing with patrons of all skill levels to foster enthusiasm.
• Ensure work-life balance for team members to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
• Manage buying, merchandising, and inventory control for the golf shop.

Requirements:
Previous Head Professional experience is preferred, but Assistant Professionals and Associates will be considered.
