Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Sweetwater, Texas is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Oversees the facility operations, managing relationships with customers, employees, and the community.

Responsibilities:
• Oversees the golf course, golf shop, and merchandise inventory.
• Develops business plan and manages budget.
• Establishes operational procedures. Oversees staff and conducts regular meetings.
• Implements policies and supervises daily operations to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Promotes facility services, engages with customers, and coordinates marketing activities. Resolves customer service issues efficiently.

Requirements:
Leadership/supervisory skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to maintain a professional image.
Active participation in industry events to stay informed on trends.
PGA of America Class A Member is preferred or Class B working towards their Class A is preferred.

Compensation:
$36,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
