Golf Shop Staff
Golf Course in Carrollton, Georgia is looking for a Golf Shop Staff.

Position Overview:
This front-line role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests while supporting daily operations within the golf shop.

Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive member interactions at all times
• Accurately capture and process revenue from retail sales, tee times, and other transactions
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized shop
• Answer phone calls and support general administrative tasks
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate proficiency with computers, point-of-sale systems, and scheduling software
• Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays as needed

Requirements:
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, and comfort learning new software.
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Prior customer service, or retail experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
$10.00 – $12.00 per hour.
