Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Course in Tempe, Arizona is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
You’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest service while assisting the golf professional staff in daily operations. Your role will involve managing merchandise sales, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-in, reservations, and general inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
• Merchandise Management: Organize, display, and restock golf shop inventory, while processing sales transactions efficiently.
• Transaction Processing: Collect green and cart fees, manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Communication: Take and relay messages for staff or guests, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Inventory Support: Assist with packing and unpacking of inventory, golf supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized golf shop.
• Reconciliation: Support daily cash and accounts reconciliation at the end of each business day.
• Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers to support golf shop operations and guest services.

Requirements:
Friendly and welcoming attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems are a plus.
Dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Knowledge of golf is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour.
