Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Gladstone, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Pro Shop
o Provide regular daily Pro Shop service including but not limited to manning the counter and phones, making tee-times, daily sales, etc.
o Support the Merchandiser in all aspects. Checking in, receiving, tagging, folding and selling.
• Tournament Administration
o Assist the Head Professional with prep, set up and running the tournaments hosted at the club
o Accept sign ups and roster management.
• Teaching and Instruction
o Provide individual and group lessons to members and guests
o Assist with the Junior Program
• Member Service
o Build relationships with the membership and provide excellent customer service to everyone who comes to the club.

Requirements:
PGA associate or PGA member preferred.
Previous experience as an assistant professional at a private club.
Expertise with current golf clubs, soft goods, and technology such as Golf Genius, Jonas POS, and Club Essential.
Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
Passion for the game of golf and PGA of America.
Golf Genius experience is preferred.
