Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Brownwood, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
While reporting to the Director of Golf, responsibilities include but are not limited to: continue to build relationships and achieve outstanding member and guest service, promote sales, manage inventory, daily course operations, coordinate course golf programs and tournaments.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Customer service for members and guests of members.
• Assist in managing daily golf shop operations, including P.O.S., daily tee sheet, and tournaments.
• Assist in managing and running member events and outside golf outings.
• Teach golf lessons/clinics.
• Closing and opening golf shop facilities.
• Assist in managing inventory receiving, inventory levels, and inventory selection.
• Communications with all staff.
• Great attitude and a passion for the game.

Requirements:
PGA Apprentice-Level 1 or higher.

Experience in:
Customer relations.
Assisting in running tournaments and leagues.
GHIN handicap system.
Golf Genius tournament system.
Microsoft Word and Excel.
