Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Boca Raton, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day golf operations within the Golf Studio.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Prioritizing member relations by building and nurturing relationships through genuine care, trust, and knowledge.
• Contributing to the success of the Golf Studio, a technology-driven retail outlet focused on golf equipment sales and promotions.
• Assisting members and guests with daily equipment purchases by providing exceptional product knowledge and personalized service.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of golf equipment demo days.
• Conducting monthly golf inventory scans.
• Contributing to club repair services, including re-gripping members’ clubs.
• Collaborating with the Director of Instruction and Assistant Golf Professionals to organize and run junior golf programs and related social golf events.
• Playing golf with a diverse range of club members to promote services and enhance member engagement, as time allows.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service within the golf industry.
Enrollment in Level 1 or higher of the PGA program.
Extensive knowledge of golf and a strong willingness to manage all aspects of golf operations.
Prior retail experience is a plus.
Ability to recognize and address occupational hazards and adhere to safety protocols.
Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers, including managing challenging situations with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Capacity to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to take initiative and focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
