Golf course in Blandford, Massachusetts is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Providing individual and group instruction to golfers of all abilities.
• Administering and coordinating tournaments for members, leagues, and outside events.
• Assisting in organizing and completing a buying plan for the golf shop to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and key staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Promoting the club within the community to engage new members and attract event business.

Requirements:
Previous experience is preferred in the following areas:
Individual and group instruction.
Tournament operations experience.
Familiarity with running leagues and outside events.
Golf shop management skills.
Exceptional customer service.
