Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Anoka, Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager/Golf Professional in all facets of event center activities, and golf operations. This position will have varying work hours, based on the season and the city’s needs. Position will need to be available to work some evening hours and weekends. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Head Golf Professional in managing daily operations. Coordinate outside service schedules. Open and close the golf shop, ensuring all daily procedures are completed. Reconcile and count down the till at the end of each shift. Assist with managing and operating golf simulators during the winter months. Provide future junior programs and individual lessons. Perform minor club repairs, including re-gripping, or assist customers with re-gripping services. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and transactions. Ensure a well-organized and customer-friendly environment. Organize and assist with tournaments, competitions, and events held at the facility. Manage scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics. Oversee and manage shop games, ensuring organization and accuracy. Create and maintain scoreboards for tournaments and events. Utilize Golf Genius software for tournament setup, scoring, and event management.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Minimum PGA Level 1 certification (preferred, not required).
Valid driver’s license, with satisfactory driving record.
Minimum five (5) years employment at a golf course, in a customer service capacity.

Compensation:
$23.29 per hour.
