Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Austin, Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Provide high quality customer service for our members, their families, and guests. The selected candidate will be expected to have good oral and written communication skills as well as determination to work hard. This position will involve instruction, club fitting, merchandising, tournament operations, junior golf, and club repair.

Duties:
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with daily golf operations.
• Daily golf operations include but are not limited to: opening and closing golf shop, accurate billing of members and guests, and managing outside service staff.
• Maintain a positive attitude with all member/guest interactions.
• Play golf with various member groups of all genders and abilities.
• Be involved with all Junior Golf Activities.
• Stay up to date on all club fitting and teaching aspects.
• Candidate should have a desire to be active in the Minnesota PGA Section and play in Assistant Events.

Requirements:
Must be a Class A PGA Member or enrolled in the PGA Program with a strong desire to become a Head Golf Professional.
Private club experience preferred, but not required.
Golf Genius and NorthStar experience a plus.
PGA Junior League experience a plus.
Teaching experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
