Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Payette, Idaho is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Lead the daily golf operations, tournament management, instructional programming and local business development opportunities.

Main Duties:
• Tee Sheet Management: Efficiently manage the tee sheet to optimize course usage and ensure a smooth booking proces.
• Daily Golf Operations: Oversee the daily operations, including staff supervision, exceptional customer service, and maintaining the presentation of facilities.
• Tournament Operations: Coordinate and execute tournaments and course events, including men’s and women’s leagues, to provide memorable experiences.
• Instruction: Deliver individual and group lessons tailored to various skill levels, enhancing player development.
• Junior Programming and Adult Clinics: Develop engaging programs and clinics to foster a love for the game among juniors and adults.
• Business Development: Innovate and implement strategies to attract new business, enhancing the courses reputation and growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Ensure the efficient operation of the golf department.
• Assist in marketing and promoting the golf course and its offerings.
• Collaborate to drive innovative programs and activities for members and guests.
• Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism, customer engagement, and enthusiasm.

Requirements:
PGA member or associate preferred.
Previous experience in golf operations at a similar facility is desirable.
Strong understanding of tee sheet software and golf operations technology.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for the game of golf and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
