Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Jasper, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Key duties of the position include the following:
• Guest Services of Pro Shop: Manage the tee sheet, check-in members/guests, handle member accounts, provide excellent customer service, and complete financial reconciliation using the Jonas system.
• Outside Operations: Oversee driving range, golf carts, marshalling, and enforcement of course rules and regulations.
• Communications: Manage networking, maintain the golf calendar, write magazine articles, and create internal news updates.
• Member Engagement: Plan and operate programs/events, manage camps and the Jr. Golf program, and engage with members by playing golf with them and their guests.
• Merchandising Support: Operate the pro shop, handle ordering, stocking, inventory, and perform basic equipment repairs.
• Tournament Operations: Coordinate both internal and external event operations to ensure successful tournaments.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business, Sport Management, Golf Course Management or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to obtain Class A PGA/LPGA credentials is highly desirable.

Compensation:
$30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year.
