Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Perry, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall member experience through golf instruction, event support, and day-to-day operations. You will work alongside our Head Golf Professional to ensure smooth club operations while contributing to our mission of providing the best possible golf environment for our members.

Duties:
• Assist with managing daily operations of the golf shop, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Provide golf instruction for members and guests, focusing on improving their game and fostering a positive, welcoming environment.
• Lead group golf lessons, clinics, and junior golf programs.
• Help organize and run golf tournaments, outings, and other events at the club.
• Maintain the overall quality of the golf department and facilities.
• Assist in promoting and implementing the club’s golf programs and services.
• Stay current with the latest golf trends, equipment, and teaching methods.

Requirements:
PGA Associate or Class A PGA Member preferred, but not required.
Previous experience in golf instruction and working in a golf shop is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A passion for golf and providing a high level of service to members and guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
$36,000.00 per year.
