Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Bradenton, Florida is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Work with the Director of Agronomy of Signature One Management services based out of Sarasota, Florida. This is a department head position to lead the greens department to instill pride, professionalism, and premier golf course conditions.

Requirements:
Bradenton country club is looking for an individual who is visual on the golf course working with their crew and leading by example.
Possess a Florida RUP pesticide license.
Will attend and communicate in monthly greens committee and board meetings.
Will be responsible for monthly newsletter updates as well as reports necessary for management group and Director of Agronomy.
Along with Signature One, Superintendent is required to be a fiduciary and work within the confines of the annual operations budget.
Greens department is responsible for landscape and lawns at the clubhouse, pool, and racquet sports complexes.
Higher education in Turfgrass management preferred.
5 years as a Golf course Superintendent in the private club sector.
Very keen eye on the golf course as it relates to diagnosing turf related issues to provide superb conditions.
Strong leadership skills.
Structured, organized, and attentive to details.
Strong administration and communication skills.
Irrigation experience with Rainbird cirrus pro/2 wire IC system.
Equipment package is John Deere with newly leased package in 2024.

Compensation:
$110,000 per year.
