2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Pocasset, Massachusetts is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Work directly with the other Assistants and Superintendent on planning and supervising all aspects of maintenance on greens, tees, fairways, rough, native areas, and bunkers. Responsible for fertilizer and chemical applications. Responsible for managing daily crew assignments through a digital job board. Understanding of local diseases, pests, and weeds that affect poa/bent playing surfaces. Knowledge of water management practices to create firm and fast conditions. There will be opportunities to tackle many projects in-house with new capital equipment purchases made by the club.

Requirements:
Strong organizational skills are required for the position.
A certificate, degree, or substantial experience in the Turfgrass Management field is preferred, but not required.
Willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:
$53,000 – $57,000 per year.
