Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training
Golf Course in Farmingdale, New York is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
Also allow for aspiring turf professionals to network with peers, assistants, superintendents, plus sales reps and manufacturers which is a fantastic opportunity to create friends in the industry.

Requirements:
Completion of Agronomy-related education, whether Certificate, 2 or 4 year degree.
Candidates should be competent in most areas of daily course preparation, for example, comfortable with walk behind and riding mowers, rollers, course set up.
Experience beyond that, such as hand watering, applying pesticides and fertilizers, operating aeration and topdress equipment is preferred.

Compensation:
$20 – $24 per hour.
