Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Williamsville, New York is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This position is a leadership position that involves all aspects of golf course management. Daily tasks will include course setup, water management, pest identification and management, irrigation repair, project planning and management, tournament preparation, and team leadership. We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team, which currently consists of three assistant superintendents and up to 45 full and part-time staff members. Overtime and weekends will be required; typically working 50-60 hours per week during the golf season.

Requirements:
An associates or bachelor’s degree in turf management or a related field is required.
At least one year of golf course management experience is required.
Experience related to water, pest, and project management is preferred.
Knowledge of the golf of game and the ability to play is also preferred.
Must possess or be able to attain a NYS pesticide license within 90 days of employment.

Compensation:
$23 – $26 per hour.
Housing may be available if needed, uniforms, meals.
401k after one year of employment with an employer match up to 5%.
