Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Blandford, Massachusetts is looking for a Head Golf Professional.
Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Providing individual and group instruction to golfers of all abilities.
• Administer and coordinate tournament for members, leagues, and outside events.
• Assist in organizing and completing a buying plan for the golf shop ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Effective communication with all stakeholders and key staff to ensure operation efficiency.
• Promote the club in the community to engage new members and event business.
Requirements:
Previous experience is preferred in the following areas:
Individual and group instruction.
Tournament operations experience.
Familiarity running leagues and outside events.
Golf shop management skills.
Customer service.
