Head Golf Professional
Golf resort in Nekoosa, Wisconsin is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Play a key role in both retail and golf operations, focusing on inventory management, pace of play, staff scheduling and training, and tournament support. This hands-on position involves close collaboration with the Senior Director of Golf, Retail Manager, and Golf Operations team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Oversee daily golf shop operations, assist with tournament coordination, manage weather-related decisions, mentor interns, and contribute to overall golf operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service for both resort guests and members.

Requirements:
College degree preferred. Certified PGA Professional or Level 3 PGA Intern required.
5+ years of relevant experience in golf operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven experience in golf operations, staff management, tournament coordination, and retail merchandising.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, staff, and external vendors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and golf tee sheet management or related software.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
