Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Little Rock, Arkansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
You’ll do more than just hang out behind the counter. You’ll be the go-to person for making members and guests feel welcome, growing their love for the game, and keeping the experience smooth and stress-free. This is your opportunity to work with a team of seasoned golf professionals, sharpen your skills, learn, and grow within the golf industry and have fun while you’re at it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Be the mood setter for the golf experience in the golf shop and on the golf course—delivering top-tier customer service to members and their guests.
• Assist in organizing tournaments, events, and programs that make golf fun for everyone.
• Help with lessons, clinics, and player development programs.
• Work in the golf shop to manage inventory, check-ins, and sales.
• Keep the practice areas and equipment looking fresh and ready to go.
• Learn all the behind-the-scenes operations that keep a golf facility running smoothly.

Requirements:
You’re passionate about golf and excited to grow your career in the industry.
Great people skills— you can talk to anyone and make them feel welcome.
A proactive and energetic attitude. You see what needs to be done and you make it happen.
Basic golf knowledge.
PGM Associate, graduate, or previous experience in the golf industry is a plus.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
