Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Course in Glenview, Illinois is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Interns will be involved in all aspects of daily golf course maintenance including some of the following, but not limited to:
• Walk mowing greens.
• General upkeep of all short grass surfaces around the golf course.
• Course setup (cutting cups, tee markers).
• Chem/fertilizer calibration and application.
• Hand watering greens.
• Equipment operation.
• Irrigation troubleshoot and repair.
• Disease and drought scouting.
• Introduction to small group management.

Requirements:
Certificate, Associates, or 4 year degree in a turf-related field preferred, but not required.
At least one season working on a golf course preferred, but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn is all we require.

Compensation:
$19 – $21 per hour.
Free on-site housing.
Free meals provided Tuesday-Sunday.
