Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Long Grove, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Ability to oversee full golf operation in the absence of Head Professional or Director of Golf.
• Elevate the level of service to members and guests with a smile and a welcoming, caring, and friendly demeanor.
• Leading a team of golf shop and outside services staff through developing individual talents and bringing them to the forefront to showcase our amazing staff.
• Excels in tournament operations, proficient with Golf Genius Software.
• Assists with merchandising hard and soft goods. Jonas point of sale and tee time software experience a plus.
• Ability to play golf in section events, pro-ams with members, guests, and prospective members.
• Wanting to expand their own abilities and prepare themselves to be a PGA Head Professional in the next 2-3 years.
• Experience teaching golf to all levels and ages of players using the latest technology.
• Experience with club repair and clubfitting are opportunities for increased income.

Requirements:
PGA Class A or Level 3 Associate preferred.
2-3 years of golf operations experience.

Compensation:
$52,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year.
