Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Lincoln, Nebraska is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
• The position will oversee and manage the many aspects of the golf operation, reporting to the PGA Director of Golf.
• Ensuring a high standard of service and a welcoming atmosphere for all
members and guests.
• The position must be capable of both guiding and holding members and staff accountable to achieving and maintaining high standards.
• Professional relationship with the Director of Golf, Golf Course Superintendent, and other key department heads to ensure that Golf Operations are effectively coordinated.
• Oversee daily golf operations, including tee time management, tournaments, and special events.
• Work closely with club management to deliver a top-tier golfing experience and to meet the needs of club members.
• Provide instructional services and golf clinics to members and guests.
• Manage and develop the golf staff, ensuring effective training, scheduling, and performance.
• Plan and execute successful golf tournaments and events in alignment
with the club’s standards.

Requirements:
Class A PGA Professional or Associate in good standing with a history of proven performance at the highest level is preferred.
A verifiable record of successfully working within a private club environment, providing visionary leadership, and fostering member satisfaction.
3 to 5 years of experience as a PGA Professional preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with golf club management software including electronic tee time systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and tournament/event management software.

Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for golf and delivering an exceptional golfing experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
