Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Livermore, California is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Report directly to the General Manager. The successful candidate will promote the game of golf through careful development of an operational structure and programs that will provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Success in this role will be measured by growth in membership and revenue and in providing the highest quality service standards for our guests. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, as he/she serves as the primary liaison with the local Men’s and Ladies clubs and as coordinator of player development programs, including a robust junior program. Responsible for the hiring, training and development of staff and for promoting company culture. The position manages the Golf Operations budget, tournament operations, merchandising/inventory controls, creates a plan for increased Golf revenue sales, develops and executes marketing and business plans and manages the tee sheet/POS.

Requirements:
PGA Class A member or Apprentice preferred.
1 to 5 years’ experience in the golf or hospitality industry is required.

Compensation:
$65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
