Golf Shop Manager
Country Club in Lincolnwood, Illinois is looking for a Golf Shop Manager.

Position Overview:
Manage the daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal operation of the golf shop.

Duties:
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional services on a daily basis.
• Point of Sale: Billing all golf-related items through Jonas.
• Buying: Purchasing items to sell to the membership. Looking for new and trending brands.
• Merchandising.
• Controlling Inventory: Keep an eye on what we have and what is on order and make adjustments when needed.
• Special Orders: Placing, tracking, receiving, and billing all orders for our membership.
• Phones: Providing members information regarding tee times, events, and other golf-related information.
• Emails: Checking and responding to member questions in a timely fashion.
• Tee Times.
• Year End Sale.

Requirements:
Must have prior private golf club &/ or high-end retail sales experience.
Must understand how to provide service at the highest levels.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
