Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Club in Ligonier, Pennsylvania is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
The position will work hand in hand with the Director of Agronomy & Grounds, Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents to provide championship level playing conditions.

Position Responsibilities:
• Proper calibration of sprayers and fertilizer spreaders.
• Proper plant protectant application.
• Water management.
• Equipment operation.
• Course setup.
• Irrigation maintenance.
• Cultural practices (aerification, topdressing, etc).
• Lead small crews.
• Being a team player.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in 2 or 4 year turfgrass management program.
Experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right individual.

Compensation:
$16 – $17 per hour.
Housing available (all living expenses paid).
$1,500 signing bonus.
Golf privileges on weekends.
