Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Wallingford, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Work directly with the Superintendent and Lead Assistant regarding daily operations, staff management, water management, disease/pest scouting and spray applications, irrigation repair/scheduling, project planning/implementation, and inventory management. It is expected that the Assistant Superintendent be self-motivated, lead by example, and possess the drive and dedication that is necessary to advance in the industry.

Requirements:
4-year degree or 2-year certificate in Turfgrass Management or related field is preferred.
Candidates from apprenticeship type programs will also be considered.
Must obtain PA Pesticide Applicator’s License within 1 year from date of hire.
2-3 years of prior golf course experience is preferred.
Candidates with limited golf course experience will be considered if they display a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 per year.
