Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training
Golf Course in York, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent-in-Training.

Position Overview:
Reports directly to the Director of Green and Grounds and the Assistant Golf Course Superintendents. This position aids in the direction and participation in the maintenance of the golf course tees, greens, fairways, and irrigation system.

Requirements:
Recent graduate with a 2 to 4 year degree, or certificate program in turf management, or related field at an accredited university.
Experience preferred but willing to work with anyone that has the drive and dedication to embrace our culture and take the next step in the turfgrass industry.
Hardworking and prompt.
Must work well with others.
Self-motivated and work with a sense of urgency.
Knowledge of latest equipment and products.
Attention to detail.
Great leadership skills.

Compensation:
$20 – $23 per hour.
Paid vacation.
