Golf Shop Assistant
Golf Shop in Davie, Florida is looking for a Golf Shop Assistant.

Position Overview:
Play an integral role in the daily golf operations as well as contributing to the overall member experience. From the moment members drive through the gates, they are greeted with personable yet unobtrusive service as our staff greets them by name and provides them with everything they need for a relaxing, enjoyable game of golf, without the crowds or long wait times associated with public courses.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Greets members and guests according to club standards to ensure a high quality of service.
2. Advises members and guests about attire, golf clubs and supplies, etc. to ensure understanding of rules and knowledge of products.
3. Arranges and displays golf shop inventory according to club standards to ensure golf shop to appeal to the shopper.
4. Records all sales transactions to ensure appropriate billing.
5. Collects and records greens, cart, club and shoe rentals to ensure they are in proper area and accounted for.
6. Answers the phone and takes tee times according to club standards.
7. Assists in unpacking inventory and preparing it for the shop according to Club standards.
8. Issues receipts for greens, cart, and club rental.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/ managers.

Requirements:
Private Golf Club experience preferred.
Golf Knowledge preferred.
Experience using computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour.
