Golf Pro Shop Assistant Supervisor
Golf Course in Sun City West, Arizona is looking for a Golf Pro Shop Assistant Supervisor.

Position Overview:
The selected individual will assist in the managing of (2) 18-hole golf courses and their pro-shop, driving range and cart fleet assets. A large component of this position is working behind the pro-shop counter and managing the day to day activities of the support staff.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of functions to ensure that the golf pro-shop and its ancillary compnents are operated in an efficient and professional manner. Duties include but not limited to:
• Ability to promote product and handle sales transactions from start to finish.
• Ability to make change and handle money.
• Ability to multi-task throughout the work shift.
• Responsible for end-of-day procedures including all cash/credit transactions.
• Responsible for pro-shop inventory and end-of-month counts.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be flexible with schedule and duties.
• Maintains consistent record of acceptable attendance and punctuality according to policy guidelines.

Requirements:
A high school education is a minimum with at least 2 years experience in and around a golf pro-shop environment.
A PGA/LPGA member or apprentice would be preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$18.23 – $24.80 per hour.
