Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Boca Raton, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Aims to serve the members and their guests at a high level. The culture of the team will be based around constantly improving and never being satisfied with the status quo. Professionals who buy into this culture will succeed, be mentored, and grow alongside other teammates.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Golf and Head Professional in upholding the daily experience to all.
• Mentor, lead, and work alongside all Outside Staff employees daily.
• Contribute to the success of the tournament operation. This applicant ideally has experience or familiarity with Golf Genius.
• Help merchandise the golf shop and assist the Head Professional in all buying processes.
• Actively manage the 1st tee and assist in coordinating all daily play.
• Play golf with members.
• Assist and help grow the instructional programming alongside our team of instructors.
• Maintain and grow knowledge in TrackMan, Foresight, and all fitting technology.
• Display a passion for the game of golf in hopes of helping others attain the same.
• Support and learn all parts of the Boca Rio caddy operation.

Requirements:
Private golf club or country club experience (preferred).
Level 1 PGA Golf Management Apprentice or higher.

Compensation:
$23.00 – $27.00 per hour.
