Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Valencia, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to fulfill their responsibilities while demonstrating professional skills in growing the game of golf, delivering personalized member service, fostering a team-first culture, and driving operational efficiency. The right person is expected to have a strong desire to learn and grow in knowledge and skill set within the golf industry.

This role is designed for an assistant seeking to advance their career, offering the opportunity to rotate through various responsibilities and gain experience across different aspects of golf operations throughout their tenure at the Club. The new assistant will collaborate with fellow professionals to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences across a range of areas, including club tournaments, golf instruction, club fitting, retail management, supervising, playing golf with members, rules of golf, marketing, finance, staff management, sales, and communication.

Requirements
• PGA Member/ Associate in good standing
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in the golf industry
• Maintain a credible golf game
• Experience with Golf Genius and POS Systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation
$18.00 – $21.00 per hour.
