Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Coto de Caza, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Golf Professional supports daily golf operations at the club. This position assists Pro Shop activities and coordinates golf-related services to enhance the member and guest experience. The role is dedicated to promoting the game of golf while ensuring operations align with company policies and operational standards. It requires a proactive approach to staff training and development, effective merchandising strategies, and exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming and engaging environment for members.

Requirements
Experience Required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completion of PGA certification preferred, minimum associate level.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to upholding the highest level of ethical work standards.
• Ability to work outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and bend.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed and availability to work weekends and/or holidays.
