Head Golf Professional
Golf Club in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Head Golf Professional will oversee all aspects of golf course operations, ensuring an outstanding experience for our members and guests while maintaining high standards of service, hospitality, and business efficiency. The Head Golf Professional will work closely with ownership, Superintendent, staff, and the community to drive revenue, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold the values and reputation of Deertrak Golf Course.

Requirements
• Proven experience in golf course management or a similar hospitality/club management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of golf course operations, maintenance, and equipment.
• Marketing and event management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the sport and its culture.

Compensation
$20.00 – $30.00 per hour.
